Are you short on ideas for an appetizer? Well, here you have these fagottini (little bundles) of puff pastry filled with broccoli, sausage, and ricotta which, in fact, can also solve a main course in a jiffy.
Fagottini are also a type of fresh stuffed pasta and, both one and the other can be filled with different ingredients and receive the same name, due to the bundle-like shape they have.
I made them for dinner a few days ago and I was very happy, because they were loved by a guest who hates broccoli to death. So they are also an easy trap to make picky children and adults eat a little bit of disguised vegetables in this regard. By the way, I got the recipe from here.
I hope you like them as much as we do. Let me know!
