sbriciolata con Nutella y Baci Perugina"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Las\u00a0<em>torte\u00a0sbriciolate<\/em>, son\u00a0primas hermanas\u00a0de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.quimantova.it\/ricetta-sbrisolona-di-mantova\/\" target=\"_blank\">la\u00a0Sbrisolona<\/a>,\u00a0originaria\u00a0de\u00a0Mantua, que a diferencia de la que os presento aqu\u00ed,\u00a0se prepara con\u00a0mitad\u00a0de harina\u00a0de ma\u00edz, lleva almendras y\u00a0no\u00a0se rellena.\u00a0Sbriciolata y\u00a0 sbrisolona\u00a0hacen referencia\u00a0la textura\u00a0de la pasta, que podr\u00edamos\u00a0traducir como \u00abdesmigajada\u00bb.\u00a0Este tipo de\u00a0pasteles,\u00a0muy parecidos a las\u00a0<em>crumble\u00a0pies<\/em>\u00a0inglesas, al\u00a0igual que las\u00a0crostate, se pueden llenar\u00a0con mermelada, fruta, crema,\u00a0ricotta&#8230;\u00a0lo que\u00a0quieras.\u00a0Todo sea dicho, tiene algunas ventajas, respecto a la\u00a0crostata, nada\u00a0desde\u00f1ables:\u00a01.\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0No tienes que\u00a0aplanar\u00a0la masa\u00a0con el rodillo,\u00a0cosa que, si tu cocina es muy peque\u00f1a, sin grandes\u00a0superficies\u00a0donde\u00a0estirar\u00a0pasta,\u00a0se\u00a0agradece.\u00a02.\u00a0&#8211; Es\u00a0a\u00fan\u00a0m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida\u00a0de preparar, que la crostata.\u00a03.\u00a0&#8211; Es\u00a0pr\u00e1cticamente imposible\u00a0hacerla\u00a0fea, porque\u00a0s\u00f3lo\u00a0tienes que\u00a0esparcir\u00a0la misma pasta\u00a0desmenuzada, que\u00a0has preparado, sin necesidad\u00a0de ayuda\u00a0del robot, por encima del relleno.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.laragazzacolmattarello.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/IMG_5714mr.jpg\"><img rellenar\u00a0s\u00f3lo con\u00a0nutella, pero me\u00a0apetec\u00eda\u00a0encontrar\u00a0alg\u00fan tipo de\u00a0sorpresa a\u00f1adida.\u00a0Hab\u00eda terminado\u00a0las avellanas y\u00a0se me ha ocurrido\u00a0a\u00f1adir\u00a0pedazitos\u00a0de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.baciperugina.it\/immagini\/prodotti\/Classico-tavoletta.jpg\" target=\"_blank\">chocolate\u00a0Baci Perugina<\/a>, el\u00a0mismo que\u00a0el de\u00a0los famosos\u00a0bombones\u00a0con poema, pero en\u00a0tableta.\u00a0Ha sido una\u00a0buena idea,\u00a0porque adem\u00e1s de\u00a0las avellanas, notas la diferencia de la textura\u00a0del chocolate,\u00a0ligeramente m\u00e1s consistente que\u00a0la\u00a0nutella, aunque a\u00a0la vista no\u00a0lo parezca.\u00a0Pod\u00e9is\u00a0poner\u00a0cualquier tipo\u00a0de chocolate\u00a0con trozos\u00a0de avellana\u00a0que teng\u00e1is\u00a0en el armario.\u00a0Si no dispon\u00e9is\u00a0ni de una cosa, ni\u00a0la otra, s\u00f3lo con la\u00a0nutella,\u00a0nocilla,
