A\u00f1ade la cebolla picada con una pizca de sal y deja que se poche hasta que est\u00e9 transparente. Incorpora el beicon en cubitos y sofr\u00edelo hasta que est\u00e9 dorado.<\/p>\n<h4>A\u00f1adir el tomate y la guindilla<\/h4>\n<p>Vierte el tomate triturado y el concentrado de tomate, removiendo bien. Cocina durante unos minutos hasta que la salsa espese.<\/p>\n<h4>Agregar la vodka y la nata<\/h4>\n<p>A\u00f1ade la vodka y deja que el alcohol se evapore. Luego incorpora la nata y mezcla bien hasta obtener una salsa homog\u00e9nea. Ajusta la sal y la pimienta al gusto.<\/p>\n<h4>Cocer la pasta y combinar con la salsa<\/h4>\n<p>Hierve las penne rigate en abundante agua con sal hasta que est\u00e9n al dente. Antes de escurrir, reserva un poco de agua de cocci\u00f3n. Incorpora la pasta a la salsa y mezcla bien.
