Una de mis preferidas y que demuestra a la perfecci\u00f3n que se puede cocinar un plato de pasta jugos\u00edsimo y lleno de sabor sin tener que recurrir al tomate, carnes o inventos salsa super dulce y delicada a la que, si se le a\u00f1ade un poquito de queso para hacerla un poquito m\u00e1s densa, recubre la pasta perfectamente.
