Nada m\u00e1s y nada menos que un plato gustos\u00edssimo, pero barato, muy t\u00edpico de Venecia y alrededores. Los venecianos normalmente preparan este plato con una pasta que se llama bigoli. Los bigoli son una especie de spaghetti gruesos, de textura levemente rugosa tambi\u00e9n t\u00edpicos de esa regi\u00f3n. Dicen que la receta cl\u00e1sica no lleva. A m\u00ed me gusta m\u00e1s con canela y adem\u00e1s aporta al plato, seg\u00fan mi humilde punto de vista, un toque sofisticado que lo hace apto para invitados finolis de aquellos que, si no hay
