Los calabacines rellenos con at\u00fan son muy t\u00edpicos de la Liguria. Sus or\u00edgenes son muy humildes, como suele ocurrir con todos los platos que sirven principalmente para aprovechar ingredientes que ya no est\u00e1n en su punto ideal, en este caso, el pan. Por no hablar de las famosas noches de sed, que uno\/a puede sufrir, el d\u00eda de verano que tienes la mala ocurrencia de comerte la anchoa y media de satan\u00e1s, de guarnici\u00f3n de la pizza o ensalada de turno, de restaurante sin escr\u00fapulos. De todas formas, si quer\u00e9is a\u00f1adir unas aceitunas negras, alguna de vuestras especias preferidas, un poco de sofrito de cebolla y tomate al lado o las amigas anchoas, pero que no sean
