colega de trabajo en Roma me dijo que el d\u00eda antes hab\u00eda comido Tagliata di Manzo con r\u00facula y parmesano y que hab\u00eda sido la mejor parte, de un fin de semana de por s\u00ed maravilloso.\u00a0Como super falsa que soy por culpa de mi malentendida buena educaci\u00f3n, fing\u00ed que, a pesar de confesar no haber comido nunca una Tagliata y tal, me emocionaba tanto como a ella la idea de comer ese plato e incluso le ped\u00ed receta&#8230;\u00a0No lo pod\u00eda evitar, me hac\u00eda sentir mal salir con un rancio \u00abes que a m\u00ed no me gustan los cortes de carne&#8230;\u00bb Total, que a partir de ese d\u00eda, la mujer siempre me preguntaba si hab\u00eda hecho la Tagliata y al final, para poder decir que s\u00ed, la hice para mi compa\u00f1ero.\u00a0Y como soy curiosa, la prob\u00e9&#8230;\u00a0Y as\u00ed empez\u00f3 todo&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Muy importante<\/strong>.\u00a0Parece una tonter\u00eda de receta y, lo es, y no lo es.\u00a0Seguid bien
