Con lactarius delicious no he probado la receta, pero deber\u00eda estar igualmente rica. De todas formas, lo que s\u00ed os puedo asegurar es que con champi\u00f1ones no est\u00e1 nada mal. O sea que, si no ten\u00e9is la suerte de tener alg\u00fan familiar que os las traiga del monte, como en mi caso, o sencillamente no os da la gana gastar mucha pasta en setas, os compr\u00e1is unos champis y listo!<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Por cierto, el pariente que me procur\u00f3 estos n\u00edscalos tan buenos es mi padre.\u00a0Desgraciadamente, como ya ha empezado el fr\u00edo de verdad, me temo que tendr\u00e1 que dar la temporada de setas por terminada, pero no puede quejarse: Este a\u00f1o ha pillado un mont\u00f3n.\u00a0Durante varios fines de semana ha regalado setas toda la familia y parte del extranjero.\u00a0A veces pienso que lo pasa mejor buscando las setas en el bosque, que comi\u00e9ndolas.\u00a0Durante los \u00faltimos cuatro a\u00f1os no hab\u00eda estado en Catalu\u00f1a durante el oto\u00f1o y la verdad es que, echaba mucho de menos las cestas de n\u00edscalos de mi padre.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><hr><div class=\"videobox\"><h3>Visita mi
