Digo versi\u00f3n, porque de maneras diversas de preparar esta receta, no se sabe si t\u00edpica de la Toscana o Umbria, se pueden encontrar unas cuantas. Hay quien inicia el sofrito con cebolla, apio y zanahoria, hay quien le a\u00f1ade vino tinto en lugar de blanco, quien le mete aceitunas, quien la aromatiza con salvia en vez de laurel &#8230; Y lo dejo aqu\u00ed, porque no acabar\u00edamos nunca. Si est\u00e1is en plan super saludable y equilibrado os sugiero acompa\u00f1ar este pollito con ensalada o verduras al vapor. Si quer\u00e9is disfrutar como cerditos en el para\u00edso, con cualquier tipo de carbohidratos bien mezclados con el jugo y un buen vaso de vino &#8230; Y al d\u00eda siguiente ya lo
