Si alguno se rompe, no pasa nada, incluso queda mejor dentro de la tarta.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Monta la tarta<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Coloca la l\u00e1mina de hojaldre en un molde, sin preocuparte demasiado si es redondo o cuadrado. Acom\u00f3dala con cuidado para que no se rompa. Vierte el relleno y distrib\u00fayelo de forma uniforme. Coloca las alcachofas repartidas por toda la superficie.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Cierra y hornea<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Cierra los bordes del hojaldre de forma r\u00fastica, sin complicarte. Pinta los bordes con un poco de huevo batido y hornea a <strong>190 \u00baC<\/strong> durante unos <strong>30 minutos<\/strong>, vigilando que no se queme, ya que cada horno es diferente.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Reposo y corte<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Lo ideal es dejar reposar la tarta unos 20 minutos antes de cortarla, aunque si vas justo de tiempo puedes servirla antes.
