Hoy os traigo un Risotto de Calabaza e Idiaz\u00e1bal, perfecto para recibir el inicio del fr\u00edo o celebrar ocasiones especiales como Halloween, D\u00eda de los Muertos y la Casta\u00f1ada, entre otros. El queso Idiaz\u00e1bal aporta una nota ahumada que nos recuerda a las chimeneas encendi\u00e9ndose, mientras que el jengibre nos da un toque c\u00edtrico y bals\u00e1mico que combina a la perfecci\u00f3n con la dulzura de la calabaza y el puerro. El crujiente de las avellanas y una pizca de regaliz brindan el contraste perfecto en cada bocado.<\/p>\n<p>Como siempre, os propongo una receta sencilla y r\u00e1pida, pero es importante tener en cuenta algunos consejos b\u00e1sicos para lograr un risotto perfecto:<\/p>\n<h2><strong>El Caldo de Verduras:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Preparar tu propio caldo es muy sencillo y te permite aprovechar las verduras que tienes en la nevera. Adem\u00e1s, evitas que el arroz quede demasiado salado, un problema com\u00fan con los caldos preparados que ya contienen sal.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Temperatura del Caldo:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Aseg\u00farate de a\u00f1adir el caldo muy caliente, casi hirviendo, al arroz.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Tipo de Arroz:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Utiliza arroz para risotto como el carnaroli o arborio. Evita arroces de grano largo como el basmati, no son adecuados para esta receta.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Emplatado:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Coloca la cantidad deseada del risotto en un plato hondo o una fuente.<br \/>\nDistribuye por encima unos trocitos de avellana tostada para a\u00f1adir un toque crujiente.<br \/>\nEspolvorea un poco de polvo de regaliz o regaliz rallado sobre el risotto, esto aportar\u00e1 un contraste interesante.<br \/>\nRalla un poco de c\u00e1scara de mandarina sobre el plato para dar un toque c\u00edtrico y refrescante.<br \/>\nPica un poco de romero fresco y esparce sobre el risotto para a\u00f1adir una nota herb\u00e1cea.<br \/>\nAdorna con unas hojitas de salvia fresca para un toque final elegante y un poco m\u00e1s de aroma herb\u00e1ceo.<br \/>\nSi lo deseas,
