Originario de La Sardegna, este pan se caracteriza por ser extremadamente fino, casi como una hoja de papel, y muy crujiente. Se utiliza como un pan tradicional, sin embargo, ofrece la posibilidad de crear recetas bastante interesantes. Un ejemplo es el tipo de milhojas que os presento hoy, que en realidad podr\u00e9is rellenar con cualquier combinaci\u00f3n de ingredientes, al estilo de los canap\u00e9s. Solo necesit\u00e1is alg\u00fan tipo de queso untable o crema para mantener la estructura de capas.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Sustituci\u00f3n de Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Dado que el pane Carasau puede ser dif\u00edcil de encontrar fuera de Italia, a menos que residas en una ciudad con tiendas italianas, opt\u00e9 por usar crackers. El resultado es igual o incluso m\u00e1s delicioso que con el Carasau. Cualquier tipo de pan finito y crujiente servir\u00e1.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Consejo de Presentaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00a1Atenci\u00f3n! Esta receta debe emplatarse casi al momento de servirla.
