No s\u00f3lo para llevar el plato bien hecho a la mesa, sino porque consigo mantener la cocina en orden y hacerme espacio, sin perder tiempo.\u00a0(S\u00ed, tambi\u00e9n creo que deber\u00eda intentar tener un poco m\u00e1s de vida social) Hoy no estaba de buen humor, pero me he acordado de lo f\u00e1cil que es y, sobre todo, l\u00edmpio, cocinar un poco de pasta con pesto alla Trapanese\u00a0y ya veis &#8230;\u00a0Podr\u00eda valer perfectamente como comida de domingo.\u00bfNo os parece?<\/p>\n<p><a igual que el famoso pesto genov\u00e9s, la base del pesto siciliano y Trapanese es el ajo y la albahaca, pero se diferencian en el uso de almendras y tomate, y porque presiden del parmesano a favor\u00a0otros quesos.\u00a0El siciliano mezcla almendras y pi\u00f1ones y lleva tambi\u00e9n ricotta fresca.\u00a0El Trapanese, como fruto seco, lleva s\u00f3lo almendras y pecorino como queso.\u00a0Ambos son buenos, pero ya sabemos a qu\u00e9 precio est\u00e1n los pi\u00f1oncitos, precio que toca bastante la moral, si se debe preparar para mucha gente &#8230;\u00a0Por lo tanto, si
