Die R\u00e4umlichkeiten von Can Ramonet sind sauber und modern, weisen aber Details auf, die den Kunden daran erinnern, dass es sich um ein traditionsreiches Restaurant in einem Fischerviertel handelt. Ein ziemlich angenehmer Ort, wenn auch f\u00fcr meinen Geschmack etwas \u00fcberladen und bis auf den letzten Platz ausgenutzt. Ich wurde von einem sehr korrekten und sehr schnellen Herrn bedient, obwohl das Lokal am Nachmittag fast leer war.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Das Erste, was mir auffiel, war die Tatsache, dass die Bomba mit einer So\u00dfe bedeckt war, die f\u00fcr beides diente: die scharfe So\u00dfe und das Alioli. Der Knoblauch war viel, viel deutlicher zu schmecken als die Sch\u00e4rfe, die nur angedeutet war. Mein Lieblingsteil an dieser mittelgro\u00dfen Bomba ist die Panade. Sie erinnert eher an Panko als an herk\u00f6mmliche Semmelbr\u00f6sel.<\/p>\n
